We started our day by washing the bikes

Mine still looks new to me, but my eyes are failing fast. :)
4 Patrons, but they are closed. 3 of us would only have ordered water.

The parking lot at Harry's Bar is paved with bottle caps

The TK Ranch has the best stand of Blue Bonnets that I have seen yet. This has not been a good year for the wild flowers.

It has been a good year for drying out boots

They must have irrigated these

Finally some natural ones

I think these old guys were just taking pictures hoping to find some

This is the laziest cat I have ever seen. I watched as at least 6 different people reached down to pet it and take pictures of it. It never opened it eyes even once and some of the cameras were clicking away from only a few inches.

There are a lot of nice ranches out here on the very picturesque backroads. All of them have these fancy entrances.

A lot of goats are being raised out here.

This must be the mayor of Grapetowns house

Doesn't look like anyones home, but it is well maintained.

Grapetown school masters house

The little building behind the school masters house is the actual school. It was open from 1884 thru 1949

I can't remember ever seeing a cow guard fill in this much with a bush growing below it.

This sign has a little different date on it than the one on the school house.

A pretty good squall came through and inflated the cover on my bike like it was a balloon.
I figure this must be an artesian well
