I must have slept pretty good last night because I sure didn't hear the thunderstorm that washed all of the mud and debris everywhere.

We didn't take any pictures until we got to Wrightwood, CA. Sherms daughters last name is Wright so he took a few that had the towns name on them.

This isn't the fastest route to where we were going, but it is the funnest.

Very little traffic up here during the week and everything was closed. However that made the ride much better.

The road is a fantastic ride and the scenery isn't bad either.

I don't know if I mentioned it, but we were riding Angeles Crest Hwy, also know as CA Hwy 2.

During the winter these ski lifts are in operation but you would probably want to use your old skis on a day like today.

Lot's of bikers stop for refreshments here on the weekends

This guy will go to any extremes to get a good pic.

I took this shot of Mt Wilson from about 5 miles away using a 20x optical lense.

When I was a kid these were the TV signals for Los Angeles. I don't know if they are still used for that or not.

We had a great day today, but it sure was nice to make it to the motel and take a nice refreshing shower!
